A Note from Lizzie

I’ve spent much of my life walking through darkness, and now I know: I am the light.

For years, I rejected myself and tried to escape through addiction — to substances, relationships, food, anything to avoid facing who I truly was. In that running, I lost myself.

Recovery taught me another way. It showed me that I could face my fear, embrace my light, and use my story to help others. Out of that healing came a vision: to weave comedy with deep, transformational work. I called it Hilarapy.

Now, I’m taking this vision on the road with the Laughter, Love, and Light Tour, a journey of shows, workshops, and gatherings that help people release shame, dissolve fear, and rediscover joy. I dream that everyone who joins us releases what no longer serves them, leaving lighter, freer, and empowered to be unapologetically themselves.

Together, we’re sparking a movement of laughter, love, and light. And you are invited.

Empowerment & connection

We envision a world where each of us shines our inner light and lives with an open heart, creating ripples of love, healing, and connection. Through the Laughter, Love, and Light Tour, we awaken our true nature and inspire a global shift from fear to love.

Together, we unite people in healing and growth by shining light on fear, bringing love to division, and laughter to shame. Through comedy therapy, experiential shows, workshops, and community gatherings, we break down stigma, inspire connection, and empower people to step fully into their true selves, guided by the values of inclusivity, collaboration, and love.

How it Works

We live in a fear-based reality, fear blocks the flow of love. If every one of us is a channel for love, then fear is the cork that plugs the flow of love.

The tour consists of set tour dates, followed by a completely organic adventure led by you, me, and everyone who brings their conscious co-creation to this space.

My intention is for people to gather organically and spontaneously at pop-up events along the way to show that humanity, love, kindness, peace, respect, unity, and freedom are ever-present, alive, and well right here on earth.
