I’ve spent much of my life walking through darkness, and now I know: I am the light.

For years, I rejected myself and tried to escape through addiction — to substances, relationships, food, anything to avoid facing who I truly was. In that running, I lost myself.

Recovery taught me another way. It showed me that I could face my fear, embrace my light, and use my story to help others. Out of that healing came a vision: to weave comedy with deep, transformational work. I called it Hilarapy.

Now, I’m taking this vision on the road with the Laughter, Love, and Light Tour, a journey of shows, workshops, and gatherings that help people release shame, dissolve fear, and rediscover joy. I dream that everyone who joins us releases what no longer serves them, leaving lighter, freer, and empowered to be unapologetically themselves.

Together, we’re sparking a movement of laughter, love, and light. And you are invited.
